Classes

Pilates will help you improve your strength, mobility and flexibility regardless of your age or fitness level. 

My classes are suitable for beginners through to more intermediate students and we use a variety of small equipment which keeps the classes varied, fun and challenging. Each class is one hour with a maximum of 14 participants.

Classes are booked in blocks (typically 7-8 weeks) and booking is essential as class numbers are restricted.  You are welcome to come to a taster session before booking a block of classes – just email me (sharonsnowdonpilates@gmail.com) to arrange.

What to Wear

You will need to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.  You don’t need trainers as you will exercise in socks or bare feet.

What to Bring

Please bring an exercise mat, a small cushion or towel and a bottle of water.

Class Venue and Timetable

All classes are held at the Kippington Centre, Kippington Road, Sevenoaks TN13 2LL. There is plenty of free, off-road parking available.
