It’s time to eliminate incontinence and have confidence in your body.
You probably didn’t give your pelvic floor muscles much thought, until you noticed that they weren’t working as they should and you leaked when you coughed, laughed, sneezed or jumped. The good news is that with the right approach, stress incontinence is very treatable. Suffering with embarrassing and inconvenient bladder leaks doesn’t have to be your new normal; you don’t have to learn to live with it. Stress incontinence is surprisingly common in women who are approaching or going through the menopause but because its a bit embarrassing it’s rarely talked about. Yet the costs can be huge.
Incontinence can steal your confidence. It can stop you doing the things you love, influence your choice of clothes and affect your quality of life. And the financial costs can add up too. Using 2 incontinence pads a day for the next 30 years will cost in excess of £4,000!
Are you ready to get started and regain confidence in your body, enjoy a full life and get rid of the pads for good?

That’s a difficult question to answer! Some women notice an improvement in as little as 2-3 weeks, for others it can take longer, perhaps 6-8 weeks.

There are six Pilates workouts, each one taking approximately 20 minutes and I recommend you do 2-3 workouts a week to begin with. I also ask you do to daily breathing/pelvic floor engagement and movement practice that takes just a minute or two and can easily be fitted into your everyday routine.
Do I need any special equipment?
There are a few pieces of small equipment you will use for the workouts but you can also make use of items you may already have. You will need:

Absolutely not! It doesn’t matter what age you are or whether you’ve had children or not, consistent pelvic floor training can improve your symptoms.
